Ah Valentine’s Day – the day of love…
…or over priced consumerism that guilt’s those of us in relationships to go and splurge on stuff to show our loved one how much we care for them, even though there are like 364 other days of the year to show the love and appreciation and, makes those insecure, single souls feel unvalued and alone.

The LACE Women’s Ministry Team held their final lady’s event for the year and I was invited to share my plastic free lifestyle journey testimony with the guests.
We were invited to a talk and got the chance to build our own mini viewing worm farm, at the Irene Green Market by the Jan Smuts Museum, courtesy of Lujae Worms!
I had never even considered that our tea bags had anything to do with plastic but alas I’ve come to learn that they’re sealed with plastic – unless you’re buying the pyramid bags.
We humans have a lot on our minds.
Trying not to fail at a million tasks, from the minute we wake to the minute we go to sleep.
